Q1. How are yours lights different from other suppliers?
A:We are one of the earliest LED LIGHTS factory in China,who has rich experience in circuit board design.Use ROHS material,PCB thickness more than 2mm,with high performance heat dismiss,which can protect the light and make it longer life.Our lights cover use ROHS ADC12 Aluminum,with better anti-vibration and anti pressure function.
Usually we will use high intensity Cree leds,which imported from USA.If customer have special requirement,need economy version,we will use the Epistar leds or depend on customers'requirements.

Q2. When will my order ship?
A: Sample order will be shipped within 3-5working days after payment received, 7 to 15 working days for bulk order.

Q3. How about your light packing ?
A: TOPBRI Lights usually are packed with neutral box,If customer need custom made box,it is also acceptable.

Q4. How do I release order?
A: Send us an inquiry from made in china or email us directly, then our sales department will assist you .
Q5. Which payment terms available?
A:Paypal. Western Union, TT(Telegraphic Transfer), LC are acceptable.

Q6. What about after sales service ?
Defective rate of TOPBRI led light is 0.5%, in case you got problem light. Please don't worry.
LED work light: Please provide high-definition product's photos or video to show problem. Then we will send new lights together with next order after we get approved from after sales department.
